Hey,
I dont know where I read this, but someone said to flag all the questions on the exam before answering any.

This person said that the questions change as the test goes along, like if you miss a question on cause of left heart failure, the system throws several more your way, but if you would have gotten the question right, no other questions would be thrown to you on the cause of   left heart failure. Does my description make any sense:) I hope so!!!!

I know that on the  PN Nclex, it does that, if you get something wrong, it asks in a different way, and thats why if you keep getting a certain question about say, tubal ligation, stop and focus and get the question right. Because the test will determine that you dont know about tubal ligation.

Has anyone heard that about the Exclesior tests?  I had only heard that there were 6 or 7 versions, not that it changes on you while you are taking it....

Thanks!!

No thats false.  Only the nclex is that way. On every Nursing concept test there is exactly 160 questions.  At the end of the test it tells you the percentage you got in each area.  On NC3 which was very hard, i scored as low as 52% in one area, but I still received and A.  I think depending on how hard the subject matter is, they decide what percent actually receives what grade. Good luck and happy testing.
