Previously I had been an LPN for over 20 years. In the old days of LPN school, care plans were a really big deal! We spent a lot of time mastering the 'care plan'.
I passed my CPNE the first time two months later with no repeats. I attended no workshops and took no online conferences. One month later I passed the NCLEX. For many going through the Excelsior program, careplans are an 'alien being'. I have designed this conference to help you master this very important element.
