I finally took my NC1 test this Saturday, and was happy and suprised to see that I made an A.  TAKE THE PRACTICE TESTS, they are so beneficial and even some of the same questions were on the test.

Yeah for you!  Congratulations!  You are now on the way to your RN!!!  I remember being where you are now...what a ride you have in store!  (Mostly good!!!).  I just did my CPNE....Now, THE test that will make me an RN  (although GN sounds darned good right now!)  Shocked

Awsome!! I is always great to read that another person is moving forward.
How long did you study before taking the exam itself? I am just jumping in to this whole thing myself.

Keep moving forward!!!

Would you believe it took a year to get up the guts to take the first test???  Then they were 3-4 weeks apart and done in a few months.....what a rush  and what a relief!

Becky ( and everyone else)
What are the study methods you use? Did you use an outside resourse (Chancelors ect.) ?
Exam content guides? Text books? I am trying to set  up a system for myself and where else to find good info than folks who have all ready done it.

Thanks

I used TCN modules and the EC practice tests mostly.  I did get Lisa Arends notes on many courses.  Those helped too.
