I finally bit the bullet and took NC 3 today after putting if off for almost six months. Finally made an "A" on one of these nursing exams. Usually end up with a "B". Just glad it is over and looking to start NC 4 tomorrow.

To be honest, I used Studygroup101 and lisa ahrends notes. I also purchased a TCN study guide off ebay for about fifty bucks. This was the first time using the TCN study guide, but I just used it to clear up items from the study notes I had. It was a pretty straight forward test. I did worst on chronic care and community health nursing. I found both of those sections boring and should have spent more time on them.

Congrats on passing.  I am a little confused.  I have two study guides and they still have reproductive stuff on them.  Is reproductive on the essentials test?

On NC3 I had reproductive disorder questions, childbearing, and newborn.

Are you under Nursing Concepts 3 or Essentials of Nursing Care: Chronicity?

I am under the old system. I enrolled before october of last year. I think in the new course they break it apart into to tests.
