Question about NC 3
«

Is this test made up mostly of maternity questions. I know that there is more to it than that but I was looking for the majority of the questions....

I just took the test and their were a lot of questions on maternity but there were just as many questions on comunity nursing. There was a total of 160 questions. And i dont know how many are actually counted so its really hard to tell. It seemed that there were a ton of questions about everything, you really need a well rounded understanding about all topics to be safe. review previous post to see where you should look for more info and good luck.

Of the 160 questions, 150 are scored. This is the same on all the EC tests for NC courses.
NC3 is a tough test but doable if you follow the guidelines in the EC exam content guide.
I had a lot about labor and delivery on my test, but it was pretty well rounded. The exam guide will tell you what percentage of the test is taken from each subject.
Check out flashcardexchange.com and Lisa Arends notes. (She is on eBay). I used those to suppliment my TCN book and I got an A.
Good luck! It is doable!!
