Ok I am just working on NC1 which I hear is basic nursing stuff but I still need to study. I have a new nursing process book, 2 med surge books, the SETH test, free content guide and the 100TTK. Do you think that is a good start. Of course I cant cover all that it is so much info.  I thought about just taking the practice test at EC and if I passed that then just take the darn thing. Oh I also bought a NCLEX review book cause someone said it helped them, I figured Id need it in the end anyway ...hopefully. I am also having trouble organizing what to study there is so much in the free content guides....suggestions

Donnalynn,

Hi welcome.....Still studying for NC 1, How do you study? Do you use the Ec study guide and cross referrence, because I thought about buying some Rn books and doing that, the recommended textbooks are kinda expensive....

Lisa,

Did you buy all of the texts that EC reccomends or just the fundamentals book when you were preparing for NC 1. I bought 2 books and the yahoo study group guide just not sure if I should buy the other books.

Thanks

Jeff
