NC1

Hello every one i was wonder what does the nc1 exam deal mainly with, i will be going end of the month to take it. I have been study with lisa arends cds.

Hi... According to Excelsior its supposed to cover everything on the Examination Content Guide and that is free to download and print. Basic Nursing Procedure...Good luck on your exam. Did you do the Excelsior Practice exam for $60? I was wondering if it would be worth taking just to know how they test. I haven't tested on that one yet.

The practice tests are great, you'll see where your weaknesses are, and there are rationales for every single answer, not just the right one, which for me, brings it all together.

I am a big believer in the practice tests. Worth the money!!

I wish you luck on this NC1, I just took it and unfortunately I got a "D", so I have to retake, I bought Lisa Arends Notes, TCN, and the practice exams, and I did not pass. I really don't feel as though the practice exam really helped, I thought I would see more of the similar questions on this test that I saw on the practice exams and I did not. Hopefully I will pull myself out of my rutt and continue on, and not let this one test get me down. Any one out there that has not passed NC1 on the first time?

I took my NC1 exam on Saturday and I also made a D. I was very disgusted with myself, Anyone have any tips. I also took the practice exams they helpedbut still a D.

I understand as you see from my post I just took it today and I got a "D", I am as well disgusted with myself, I was hoping to have gotten a better grade, especially since I am also celebrating my B-Day tomarrow. I used the TCN book read the whole thing, bought Lisa Arends notes and bought the practice exams.
