I passed! ;D
«

I did it, praise God!
I made a B!!! <whew!> I'm excited to take the next one, NC3 which will be on Oct 4th. They had sooooo much on that stinking nursing process, theraputic communication, and nurse/client relationship, I thought I would DIE! I was thinking that I thought this test is NEVER going to end, and then it did! I was dissappointed that I didn't have more drug calculations, I only had 2, I'm good at those! LOL....
Anyway, thanks to those who prayed for me, I appreciate it! And I really appreciate all the kind help given at this site, just wonderful!

LOL!! I felt the same way about NC1 when I took it; I also got a B on that one.
Way to go, Jodi!!
That's one of the funny things about these exams ... the last one I took, I was all relaxed and mellow, feeling confident, then I looked up and realized I was only on question 65 out of 160. Arrghhh! Sometimes the tests seem ENDLESS!

Yes, it will tell you on the exam, just a few seconds after you complete it. I made a B on this one, I was soooooo very happy just to pass, but the B made it sweeter! I used Lisa's notes, and the practice exams, I don't think I would have passed it without the practice exams!
I'll say a prayer for you, too!

You will do great! I used TCN, Lisa's notes and the EC practice exams and got an A...What a shock when that came up on the screen!!! I thought for certain I had failed it!
I have used TCN for all...and added Chancellor's for the last one but have had the same results on all. I liked the Chancellor CDs...put one on every night when I went to bed and let it cycle all night...heard another fact every time I turned over! LOL...That was on NC4. Prayers are with you! (they certainly worked for me!)

Congrats Jodi
I will be scheduling this exam in the next couple of days. I do believe prayer works, so say a prayer for me.

Pass on any tips after the test...not direct questions, of course. Just what your version of the test was heaviest on and such. I am having a time with all the "alphabet soup" of organizations to memorize. And all the people! It is like memorizing the phone book!
Prayers go out asking God to stand beside you and guide your recall during the test.

Okay, I had alot of nursing names, like who was responsbile for xyz. I didnt study hard on those because I thought I would remember when I read the questions. Now remember, I got a C. This was the area I did the lowest on.
And some of the organization questions. And how nurses can influence laws. And what they do ex. write letters or whatever. Its all a blur right now. I really cant remember. Oh, know the role of the adn nurse, there were many different questions about that, asked many different ways, some were confusing, ex. charge nurse and supervisor were possible answers. To me it means something different because of different working dynamics, each facility makes own rules. Thats real life.LOL. So know EC's definition of those, not what your used to.(I hope you know what I mean)
Hope that helps.
