Looks like Jemicorp is also on eBay, but not listing the EC stuff:
http://stores.ebay.com/Jemicorp
I'm really curious about them. Can't wait to see what you think of the materials!

Copy of Follow UP email from EBay seller:
Dear Buyer,
Your package was damaged during transit, and returned to us because the label became wet, ink smeared, and the USPS couldn't figure out who to deliver it to. This actually happened to the majority of our packages mailed that day.
However, we also have good news. We have decided to transition our courses into free offerings. This means that you will soon receive a refund (it will take approximately 48 hours for us to move money over into paypal to process the refund) and information on how to join our network for free.
We felt that the benefit of the network comes through the participation of a large group of students - and, at least in the first couple of years, this is best achieved by offering our courses for free.
Our courses will be redesigned over the weekend, and open on Monday morning. You will receive login information over the weekend.
Sincerely,
Felicia Ramirez

Wow. That sounds REALLY sketchy. Let us know if you get your refund!
Weird.

Oh..I'm sorry, I thought they had feedback(atleast a couple) that were positive?? I would contact ebay about it. And to think that company had answered my email stating they would have nc 5,6, and 7 out next week.
Lets think positive....maybe you will get a refund. But most definitely would contact ebay and paypal.

Well, that didn't take long to find them. They're on the web at ezstudytools.com Guess I'll see what they're offering on Monday. Hopefully they have the content guides for download, since that's the thing I need the most right now, to make my decision.

Smithdive,
If you do not get your refund contact the owner at home.
Follow Here:
EZStudyTools
who is:
Jemicorp
owned by:
This Guy
Here is the:
Phone Number
This is the best info I could come up with on these folks.
The Jemicorp website gives this address:
2511 Trimmier Road Suite 140, Box 137
No city or state.
But it appears to be The UPS Store #4571 in Killeen, TX

If you paid with PayPal, I think you'll be okay ... if they don't refund your money, there are ways to file a claim with PayPal. It just might take a bit longer, but I don't think you'll be out $74.

Hmmm, - a registered agent isn't the same as an owner. Are you sure this guy is an owner, before posting his home information?
When I had a partnership in Lorena, TX (same state that this guy had to file with), my secretary was the registered agent. She collected the mail, and was the point of contact for business matters.

The registered agent listed is also listed as an officer in the company, so I would say it is safe to say he is the owner or partner.

According to what I've heard, they do a lot of teaching of EMS/Critical Care folks in Texas, so they sound legit.
