cant believe i missed it but the 17th edition for the cpne states they will no longer grade hourly i& o's.. thats the one place ive heard so much misery of past failed students. yahoooo!!!!

Hourly I&O is rarely assigned. However, students still have to do I&O as part of fluid management. Sorry to rain on your parade, but this really isn't a huge change. Be prepared to do I&O on all your patients.

No worries ... just didn't want you to show up at your CPNE unprepared!! Doing I&Os on the patients at the CPNE really wasn't bad.
