According to some recent info I've read, the Florida BON has decided that only LPNs can get their RN through EC and be immediately licensed in Florida, and medics won't be allowed to endorse into Florida until they have two years of experience in another state.
Not good news for medics in Florida! I emailed EC to make sure Virginia was still good with EC, and it is. Whew.
I feel sorry for all those Florida folks, though. I'm sure there are many who are nearly finished. Hopefully things will get worked out.
